Cancellation conditions for Christmas Package:

You can cancel your reservation up to 30 days before the date of arrival, without penalty. Cancellations received between 29 and 25 days before arrival are charged 100% of the first night. Reservations canceled between 25 and 20 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total stay. Cancellations received after the 20th day before check-in or in case of no-show will be charged 100% of the total stay.
The package is subject to 100% prepayment within 4 days after booking.

Cancellation conditions for New Year Package:

You can cancel your reservation up to 40 days before the date of arrival, without penalty. Cancellations received between 39 and 35 days before arrival are charged 100% of the first night. Reservations canceled between 34 and 30 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total stay. Cancellations received after the 30th day before check-in or in case of no-show will be charged 100% of the total stay.
The package is subject to 100% prepayment within 4 days after booking.
Important!

In case of force majeure / epidemics, disasters, etc./ the amount of the reservation is not refunded, but a voucher is prepared for use within 6 months from the date of accommodation.

Accommodation: After 15:00 on the day of arrival. For arrivals before 15:00 on the day of arrival, rooms will be offered according to the possibility of the complex.
Leaving: Until 12:00 on the day of departure. It is possible to pay extra for late check-out until 16:00 according to the occupancy of the complex.
Payment: To guarantee your reservation, the full amount must be paid within 3 days of receiving the offer by bank transfer or credit card. When choosing by credit card, please contact us to provide an authorization form.
