Booking conditions:

Early check-in is possible in the premise, according to the occupancy of the complex from 11:00 am – there is additional charge
Check-out is until 12:00
Late chech-out is possible, according to the occupancy of the complex, until 16:00 – there is additional charge
Smoking in the indoor areas of the complex is strictly prohibited. The fine for violation is 200,00 BGN
Children under 14 years old are not allowed in the gym and the thermal area. Use of the pool by children under 14 years old is only allowed with an escort
In case of established damages or absences in the room, during the stay of the guests, an additional fee is required

Cancellation policy
You can cancel your reservation or reduce your stay 20 days before arrival without any penalty. Cancellations received between 19th and 18th day before arrival will be charged 100 % of the first room night. Cancellations received between 16th and 14th before arrival will be charged 50 % of the entire stay. Cancellations received between 12nd and 10st day before arrival or in case of no show will be charged 100 % of the whole stay.
* In case of force majeure /epidemics, disasters, etc./ the amount of the reservation is not refunded, but a voucher is prepared for use within 6 months from the date of accommodation.
Pet Policy:
It will be a pleasure for us to welcome your pets in the villas from the eco village „Belchin Spring“
The additional charge for a pet is 30.00 BGN per night
Pets up to 12 kg are allowed
It is required to fill in a declaration for accommodation for pets during the check-in at the reception
Pets can be walked on all open areas of the complex only on a leash. We kindly ask you to clean the traces after them
Pets are not allowed in the spa center and the outdoor pools
Pets are not allowed in the hotel part and the restaurants
Pets are allowed on the outdoor terraces of the restaurants
The additional charge for a pet is 30.00 BGN per night
