The current general terms and conditions govern the relations between Spa complex “Belchin Spring” and the guests of the complex, on the occasion of the provided service.

1. RESERVATION CONDITIONS

1.1. Reservations at SPA Complex “Belchin Spring” can be made in one of the following ways:

• through the reservation form on the website: www.belchin-spring.com

• locally at the complex

1.2. After we receive and process of your request, we will contact you to confirm the possibility of accommodation.

1.3. You will receive a reference for the reservation made at the e-mail address specified by you. It describes: the type and number of booked rooms, the date of check-in and check-out, the number and the age of the guests specified in the booking request, and the amount due. Please read this information carefully and contact us in case a correction is needed.

1.4. At the discretion of the hotelier, as a required security deposit, an amount may be specified, which must be paid in advance of the amount of the value of the first night for each of the occupied premises on days not declared as package or holiday. The payment by you should be made no more than 2 (two) days after sending our email (unless another term is agreed on). The rest of the amount of your entire reservation is payable locally at the hotel.

1.5. In case of package and holiday offers, at the discretion of the hotelier, as a required guarantee deposit, an amount may be specified, which you must pay in advance before check-in in the amount of 100% (one hundred %) of the reservation amount. The payment by you should be made no more than 2 (two) days after sending our email (unless another term is agreed on).

1.6. After receiving an advance payment, your reservation is valid and is considered finally CONFIRMED.

1.7. In case of non-payment within the described period, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation in question.

1.8. When a client makes a reservation at the SPA Complex “Belchin Spring”, it is considered that he has read the present general conditions and agrees with them.

2. CONDITIONS FOR CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION

2.1. Cancellation of your reservation can be done in one of the following ways:

2.2. In case of cancellation of a confirmed reservation (does not apply to package and holiday offers) 2 (two) or more days before the date of accommodation, the client does not owe a penalty.

2.3. In case of cancellation of a confirmed reservation (does not apply to package and holiday offers) less than 2 (two) days before the date of accommodation or in case of no-show on the day of accommodation, you owe a penalty of the value of the first night of each one of the reserved premises, paid as a deposit.

2.4. In case of cancellation of a confirmed package booking reservation less than 10 (ten) days before check-in or in case of no-show on the day of check-in, the paid in advance amount on your booking will not be refunded and the booking will be canceled.

2.5. In case of cancellation of a confirmed holiday offer reservation less than 20 (twenty) days before check-in or in case of no-show on the day of check-in, the amount paid in advance on your booking will not be refunded and the booking will be canceled.

2.6. SPA Complex “Belchin Spring” reserves the right to cancel a confirmed and paid reservation in case of force majeure and other reasons beyond the control of the hotelier. In these cases the hotelier:

Offers accommodation for another period within a month (one month), while maintaining the same conditions and prices. Refunds the paid deposit by the client within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of a written request for this from the client, and does not owe a penalty to the same.

2.7 The above conditions for cancellation of reservations for holiday packages are valid only if no other ones are specified during the preparation of the package itself.

3. ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS

3.1. Check-in and check-out times:

• Check-in: after 15:00
• Check out: until 12:00

If the room is vacated later, in cases where this is possible and agreed in advance with the Reception, an additional fee will be charged as follows:

• if the room is vacated by 16:00, a fee is due, according to the announced price list for late release
• if the room is vacated after 16:00, a payment of 100 (one hundred)% of the value of the night will be due.

3.2. Reservations are kept until 24:00 on the day of arrival.

3.3. Children under 5 stay for free on a bed and breakfast basis.

3.4. Pets are allowed in the complex only in the houses, part of the Eco Village „Belchin Spring“, for an additional fee.

3.5. 3.5. Accommodation at the complex is done by presenting personal documents proving the identity of the guests. The provided data is protected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the regulations governing the protection of information and are processed only in connection with the implementation of the established requirements of the Tourism Act. This information will be used only in connection with the made reservations and will not be provided for other purposes.

4. ACCOMMODATION PRICES

4.1 Prices for accommodation in SPA Complex “Belchin Spring” are listed on the official website of the hotel: www.belchin-spring.com

5. METHODS OF PAYMENT

5.1. Cash in the hotel /in Bulgarian leva/.

5.2. By debit or credit card at the complex.

6. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

6.1. SPA Complex “Belchin Spring” undertakes to provide the guests of the complex in full the requested and paid services.

6.2. Amounts claimed but not used in whole or in part through the fault of complex guests are non-refundable.

6.3. All prices announced on the complex website www.belchin-spring.com, as well as described in and e-mails of the complex are in Bulgarian leva including VAT and tourist tax.

6.4. The cost of additional services is not automatically calculated in the final price and must be paid separately.

6.5. Spa Complex “Belchin Spring” is a place for non-smokers. According to the provisions of the national legislation, smoking in public places is prohibited, so in case of non-compliance with them, the complex reserves the right to impose, without prior notice, a fee of 200,00 BGN

6.6. Complex guests take responsibility for adhering to generally accepted standards of good behavior during their stay at the hotel. All costs for material damage to the hotel are paid by the perpetrators.
